This was a morning that Taya wokeup before her mom and quietly came upstairs without anyone knowing. I was walking to the kitchen and heard a little sweet voice singing. So i went upstairs not knowing anyone was awake yet. There was Taya with Karli's favorite nail polish on her hands and she had painted it all over a bench in my craft room. She had pulled up a bar stool and was trying to wash off the dried nail polish. She had no clue what she had done and was smiling and wanted to show Nana her hands. So cute!
At times like this I think of the country song "your gonna miss this" and I smile and agree!!!!

On Monday the 19th, My mom bought us lunch and we spent the afternoon at LaDawns because she couldnt find a baby sitter. So we asked Hunter to take out picture (4yrs old) He did a good job (it took a few pic's of the wall and celing but we finally got it) Good Memories! Thanks again for a fun birthday lunch!

More birthday fun with the BEAUTIFUL GIRL FRIENDS! Lunch at Paradise Cafe' with Jannae, Monica, Lynette R, Molly, Lana Lou, Dawnie. Our theme this year (thanks to Lana) is that we are all BEAUTIFUL! Everything we do is BEAUTIFUL.....ETC... I think it fits us perfectly!!!:)

January 17th Whoo Whooo!! Happy Birthday to me! 48 wonderful years (lol) For my birthday we went to dinner and a movie and after the movie we didnt want to go home so we all sat at this little table at the theater and gabbed for a long while! I went home full of gratitude for the privilege of having such great friends! Even one friendship is rare......Wow do I feel blessed!! And my little sis isnt even in the Pic! ( she is one of my best friends too) Sisters by birth, friends by choice!!:) So far, 48's OK!

The LaPoint Bunch Fall 2008

Big event coming up!! Karli is one of the jungle people in the Hillcrest High Schools, Seussical the Musical! It opens November12th and runs thru to the15th. Karli has had so much fun practicing and preparing for this performance!! She sings and dances which has caused many sore muscles! The hours are long and I only see her at bed time :( They have recruited her to be one of the offical make-up artists (which is a pretty big job) She is having a blast and we cant wait to see the performance!

Karli and I took some boots and hot glued fur on them for her costume. It was fun but a very hairy mess (lots of sneezing).
